We’re Hiring

Learn a trade that lasts eighty years.

We are hiring a project manager, masons and labourers so we can run three and four jobs at once. Year-round work with a company that has been here since 1945.

Why Here

A trade, not a job.

Masonry is one of the few trades left where what you know in your hands is worth more every single year you do it. Nobody automates a stone chimney. Nobody offshores a brick elevation.

This company has been teaching that trade inside one family since 1945. We would rather bring somebody on with no experience and the right attitude than somebody with ten years and bad habits — most of our masons started carrying block.

We are growing on purpose: more crews means more jobs at once, which means more work for everybody on the payroll. If you want to be somewhere that is going somewhere, this is a good time.

Open Roles

Three ways in.

01 · Full-time · Batesville, AR

Project Manager

Run jobs end to end — scheduling, material, crew and the client relationship on site. You would be the person who lets us run three and four jobs at once instead of one at a time.

  • Commercial masonry or general construction experience
  • Comfortable reading drawings and holding a schedule
  • Able to run crews across multiple concurrent jobs
  • Valid driver’s licence
02 · Full-time · Arkansas

Masons

Brick, block and stone. Commercial elevations, foundations, fireplaces and detail work. If you can lay to line and level and you care what the joints look like, we want to talk.

  • Proven brick, block or stone experience
  • Able to lay to line, level and a story pole
  • Comfortable on scaffold
  • Own hand tools preferred

Labourers

Mixing, stocking, scaffold, site clean-down. This is the job every mason in this company started in, and we promote out of it.

  • Reliable and on time — this matters most
  • Able to do sustained physical work outdoors
  • Willing to learn the trade
  • No experience required
