Home/Who We Serve
Who It’s For

Mostly commercial. Always the same standard.

We work for general contractors and developers on new construction, for property owners on the masonry that fronts their building, and for homeowners on the work they live with every day.

Four Kinds of Client

Different scopes. Same crew, same standard.

The commercial work is where we are heading and where the skill gets used. The residential work is where a lot of the referrals still come from. Both get the owners on site.

01

General Contractors

You are pricing a shell and you need a masonry sub who can read the drawings, bring the crew size they quoted, and close the elevation without being chased every week. The bid matters. Holding the date matters more.

  • A sub who does not disappear halfway through a phase
  • Crew sized as promised, not as available
  • Detail work — banding, quoins, cast stone — done right the first time
  • Masonry, framing and roofing available under one contract
02

Developers & Builders

You are running units, not projects. The same elevation repeats twenty times and the schedule only works if every trade hits its window. You want the crew that finished phase one to still be there for phase two.

  • Repeatable brick, stone and block face across a development
  • Foundations, veneer and flatwork from one company
  • 55+ retirement communities and multi-lot residential
  • Phased scheduling that survives weather and slippage
03

Property Owners & Congregations

You own the building — a shopping centre, a church, a medical office — and the masonry out front is the first thing anyone sees. It needs to be built once, properly, by people who will still be around.

  • Monument signs that outlast the tenant on them
  • Restoration and repointing on historic masonry
  • Restaurant and retail build-outs
  • A contractor with eighty-one years of local references
04

Homeowners

A fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, a foundation that has settled, a whole-house remodel. Smaller than our commercial work — and held to exactly the same standard, because it is the same crew.

  • Fireplaces, chimneys and stone surrounds
  • Outdoor living — patios, kitchens, seat walls
  • Foundation and block repair
  • Steps, porches, columns and entries
Not Sure?

Not sure it’s our kind of job?

Ask anyway. We self-perform nearly every trade on a building and we have quoted everything from a set of front steps to an eighty-thousand-brick church. If it is not work we should take, we will tell you that too.
